We visited the HOTEL DEL CORONADO, on Christmas Eve. For the 4th or 5th TIME!!! It only had a few places open, including the BIG, beautiful LOBBY!!! It’s truly a gorgeous place on the island. Full review by Clarence B

Visited with family and had a great time. Take in the historic ship tours. Did not take a ride on any vessels, however. Lots of things to see and do. Went to a nice hotel beach party. Food truck… Full review by keyapaha1

How handicap friendly is it? Are there any paved paths to the beach?
A:
No. There is a path at the edge of the sand, but none to the water. This concrete path runs along the edge of the sand between the hotel and the edge of the sand.
Is it possible to hire a bike near to the Santa Fe terminal early on a Sunday morning (say 9:30 am) and then cycle over the bridge and around the island?
A:
I am not sure about that we got our bikes on the island at the hotel. Sorry I couldn't help.
