Robinson comes to Detroit as fellow Michigan alum Tim Hardaway, Jr. leaves the Pistons for the Denver Nuggets. Robinson will add the shooting touch that Beasley takes with him, as he is under investigation, and with the slashing ability of Cade Cunningham, there should be plenty of kickout threes for Robinson.

The Detroit Pistons signed Caris LeVert to a two-year deal, but before he was in the NBA, he starred with Michigan basketball.

A Columbus, Ohio native, LeVert played his four seasons of college ball with the Wolverines. Despite fighting injuries most of his career, LeVert became a Second-Team All-Big Ten selection in 2014 before being selected 20th overall in the 2016 NBA Draft by the Indiana Pacers.
