The Boston College Eagles men’s basketball team snapped a six-game losing streak on Saturday afternoon as it defeated the Florida State Seminoles 77-76. The Eagles were down by as many as 15 points in the second half which includes an eight-point deficit with a minute remaining.

Boston College takes on the Florida State Seminoles after Donald Hand Jr. scored 26 points in Boston College's 102-96 overtime loss to the North Carolina Tar Heels.

An inbound pass to Jamir Watkins flew way over his head and was corralled by Boston College’s Chas Kelley III. With no Florida State defender around him, Kelley launched a 3-pointer with six seconds remaining. And he made it. After using that timeout, Florida State wasn’t able to get a game-winning shot and the Eagles held on for one-point win.
