The Twins sent starting pitcher Chris Paddack to the Detroit Tigers on Monday afternoon, the first of what could be multiple moves ahead of Thursday’s 5 p.m. trade deadline as the Twins have fallen behind much of the American League in their quest for a Wild Card berth.
The Tigers have acquired right-hander Chris Paddack from the Twins, reports The Athletic. Paddack is one of several rental Twins players expected to move before the deadline, with outfielder Harrison Bader and lefty Danny Coulombe the most notable.
