India’s ODI and Test skipper Rohit Sharma has expressed his desire to bring the Champions Trophy back to the iconic Wankhede Stadium.

Rohit Sharma will be leading a 15-member Indian squad in the Champions Trophy 2025. Rohit is determined to bring another ICC trophy to the iconic Wankhede Stadium, just like he and his men brought the T20 World Cup crown to the Mumbai-based venue to celebrate with the fans.

We will try and do everything we can to bring this trophy (ICC Champions Trophy) back here at the Wankhede,' Rohit Sharma said

Some of the biggest names in Indian cricket, also part of India's ICC Champions Trophy 2025 squad, are set to feature in the Ranji Trophy 2024-25 season, starting on January 23. Participating in domestic cricket will help these star players regain form and fine-tune their skills ahead of the international tournament.
