Police say a man and an 8-year-old girl have died, and two others were seriously injured after a shooting at a Lowe's parking lot near 19th Avenue and Baseline Road on Saturday.

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Police are investigating a deadly double shooting overnight at a central Phoenix apartment complex. Officers responded to the area of Roosevelt and 19th streets around 10 p.m. on Tuesday for reports of a shooting.

Five people were injured as a result of the shooting, with two dead and three still in the hospital, including a child who was in extremely critical condition, according to Scherer. Police identified Polk as the man who died at the scene. Eight-year-old Envy was taken to a hospital, where she later died, Scherer said.

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man was found shot and killed in north Phoenix overnight, and an investigation is still underway. Phoenix Police responded just after 3 a.m. to a strip mall at 19th Avenue and Greenway Road for a report of a person who was shot.

A fourth suspect in the killing of 16-year-old Troy Bomelyn was arrested and booked into jail on Nov. 20, Phoenix police announced.

Tyrone Dee Chilly “did not understand why the driver assaulted him with children in the vehicle,” court records stated.

“I’ve got a whole part of me missing that ain’t ever going to be filled," Joesra Martin, the mother and grandmother of the victims, said. “I’m never going to see my son again. I ain’t ever going to see my grandbaby again.”
