SAN FRANCISCO — The Golden State Warriors were without multiple rotational pieces, including their big three of Stephen Curry, Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green, against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday night. Their void was felt. The Warriors fell to the Thunder, 131-94, as they shot 36% on Friday night at the Chase Center.
Superstar Stephen Curry is questionable to play dealing with a left ankle sprain, though he played in the team’s last game versus the Hornets on Dec. 31. His co-stars in Jimmy Butler and Draymond Green are also listed, marked as questionable and out, respectively.
Defensive forward Draymond Green has already been ruled out, while Curry’s status remains uncertain due to a right ankle sprain. To make matters worse, Golden State announced its latest injury report, adding Butler to the growing list of concerns (h/t Anthony Slater of ESPN).
