California and other liberal-led states sued the Trump administration Tuesday over a measure aimed at defunding Planned Parenthood clinics nationwide.

The reproductive health care provider is once again eligible for to receive reimbursements from Medicaid for its services.

The lawuit contends that Trump’s signature tax law is unconstitutionally vague and requires states to violate Planned Parenthood’s First Amendment rights.
