Rain made things a bit tricky, but Florida pulled off another a sweep and is nearing the .500 mark in SEC play with two weeks remaining.

South Carolina baseball started it’s home SEC series against Florida off with a 9-5 loss on Friday night. The game went into the early hours of Saturday morning after a weather delay halted the game early. Although South Carolina’s pitching staff was able to strikeout Florida batters 10 times, the Gators used a big fifth inning to get the win.

Florida baseball completed its full resurgence this weekend with a series win at No. 1 Texas. Where does that move the Gators in their return to the national polls?
