The recall, which affects stores in nine states and Washington D.C., comes less than a month after Wegmans opened its first Connecticut location.

Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. is recalling various cheese products over potential listeria contamination. The Food and Drug Administration announced Tuesday that four items sold by the grocery chain from July 1 to Aug. 12, 2025 are affected.
