Simons has been upgraded from questionable to available Tuesday after missing Portland's previous contest due to a right elbow strain. Simons is averaging 20.3 points, 5.1 assists and 2.9 rebounds in 33.7 minutes across his last 10 appearances.

Simons is in a bit of a funk, scoring just 24 points over his last three games, including a scoreless Thursday night against the LA Clippers.

Bulls: Zach LaVine (right patella tendon tendonitis) is probable. Talen Horton-Tucker (left knee sprain) and Lonzo Ball (right quadriceps contusion injury management) are questionable. Jevon Carter (illness) is doubtful. Torrey Craig (right calf contusion and right ankle sprain) and Chris Duarte (personal reasons) are out.

Simons (elbow) is questionable for Tuesday's game versus the Heat. Simons missed the second leg of Portland's back-to-back set Sunday against the Bulls, and the guard remains day-to-day. If Simons is unable to suit up,
