Rutgers basketball’s midseason momentum hit a road block at a place it has previously found plenty of success. The Scarlet Knights saw their two-game win streak snap on Monday, falling 80-72 to Penn State at the Bryce Jordan Center in a back-and-forth game that saw 13 lead changes and four ties.
