Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United are expected to splash the cash before the close of play, whilst Manchester City are scouring the market for any last-minute opportunities. Arsenal are expected to be particularly busy over the next few days,
Sunderland could miss out on Leicester City's Abdul Fatawu if Arsenal signs Crystal Palace's Eberechi Eze. This is because Palace would then move for Leicester's Bilal El Khannouss, prompting the Foxes to block Fatawu's departure.
Eze is now poised to follow striker Viktor Gyokeres (£55m), defender Cristhian Mosquera (£13m), midfielder Martin Zubimendi (£60m), goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga (£5m), midfielder Christian Norgaard (£10m) and forward Noni Madueke (£48.5m) in making the switch to the Emirates.
