A 38-year-old Tesla driver, charged with crimes related to an alleged road rage attack on a mother and daughter in Kakaako, failed to show up for his arraignment Thursday morning.

A Tesla-driving west coast man known for attacking other motorists, especially women, got into yet another confrontation, but this time, he was on the receiving end of an attack, authorities say.
