It was early Saturday morning at the base of a hill in Economy Borough where a crash happened that rocked the Aliquippa community.

In total, 28 people were on the bus at the time of the crash. Of the passengers, 25 students were on the bus, and 21 of those students were taken to the hospital. As was the bus driver. Their conditions are unknown.

The team was about 15 minutes away from its first scrimmage of the season when its bus crashed Saturday morning, sending more than 20 people to the hospital.
