In a 5-2 vote, Andover’s City Council has approved a pay raise that doubles the annual salary for its elected officials.

New numbers from the Wichita Police Department show a troubling rise in motorcycle crashes this year. As of early August, police have reported 109 crashes, up from 96 during the same period last year.
