The Browns officially announced the hiring of Tommy Rees on Wednesday as their new offensive coordinator. Rees, 32, spent last season as the Browns' tight ends coach/pass game specialist. He replaces Ken Dorsey, who was fired after one season as offensive coordinator on Jan. 5, a day after Cleveland finished a 3-14 season.
