A man was shot and killed after leaving Wacko's Gentlemen's Club located off of Emerson Street early Tuesday morning.

An appellate court on April 23 upheld an age restriction ordinance and licensing requirement for Jacksonville strip clubs. The appeal argued a First Amendment violation.
